The new super grain

Oat grains are considered whole when all three parts of the kernels are still present — the bran, the endosperm and the germ. By keeping the grain whole, we maintain all of the natural benefits of oats for our consumers.

The centre and heart of the grain. This magical part has it all: carbs, fats, vitamins, minerals, protein, antioxidants.

The largest part of the oat grain. This is where carbohydrates are stored, guaranteeing sustained energy throughout the day.

Coarse but edible, this outer layer is packed with health benefits.

The only inedible part of the kernel. This hard outer shell protects the seed before we remove it in the milling process.
