Chocolate muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp (30 g) of peanut butter
  • ¼ glass (40 g) of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ glass (50 ml) of milk
  • ½ tsp of vanilla sugar
  • 1 glass (160 g) of Oatsmith instant oatmeal
  • ½ tsp of raising agent
  • ¼ tsp of salt
  • 1/4 glass (40 g) of cocoa powder
  • 100 g of chocolate chips (ground chocolate)
  • 1 tsp of vegetable oil
  • For serving:
  • fresh berries
  • sugar powder

Cooking instructions

  • 1 Mash a banana with a fork.
  • 2 Mix the mashed banana with peanut butter and sugar. Add the egg, milk, and vanilla extract and whisk thoroughly.
  • 3 Add the oats, raising agent, salt, and cocoa. Mix the batter until thick and smooth.
  • 4 Add chocolate chips to the batter and stir. Smear 6 silicone muffin molds with oil. Pour the batter into the mold, filling them to 2/3. Put the molds into the microwave and bake them at 800 W for 2.5-3 minutes.
  • 5 Carefully take the muffins out and let them cool for 10-15 minutes, then take them out of the molds.
  • 6 Decorate with berries and sugar powder before serving.
