Oat latte cocktail

Ingredients

  • ¾ glass (150 ml) of milk
  • 3 large dates, stoned
  • ½ of a banana
  • ¼ glass (40 g) of Oatsmith instant oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • salt
  • 2 espressos
  • 1 tsp of vanilla sugar
  • ice to taste

Cooking instructions

  • 1 Mix the milk and dates in the blender and let them sit for 5-10 minutes.
  • 2 Add the banana, oats, peanut butter, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt. Beat the mix until smooth.
  • 3 Pour the espressos into a cup, add ice, and stir thoroughly. Add the milk mix, stir, and serve.
