Ingredients
- ¾ glass (150 ml) of milk
- 3 large dates, stoned
- ½ of a banana
- ¼ glass (40 g) of Oatsmith instant oatmeal
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- salt
- 2 espressos
- 1 tsp of vanilla sugar
- ice to taste
Cooking instructions
- 1 Mix the milk and dates in the blender and let them sit for 5-10 minutes.
- 2 Add the banana, oats, peanut butter, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt. Beat the mix until smooth.
- 3 Pour the espressos into a cup, add ice, and stir thoroughly. Add the milk mix, stir, and serve.
