Oatmeal bowl with kiwi and banana
Ingredients
- 1/2 glass (80 g) of Oatsmith instant oatmeal
- salt
- ½ glass (100 ml) of water
- ½ glass (100 ml) of oat milk
- 1 tsp of matcha powder
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp of honey
- ½ of a banana
- 1 kiwi
- 1 tbsp of shredded coconut
- 30 g of blueberries
Cooking instructions
- 1 Mix oats, water, and oat milk in a saucepan. Put the saucepan on the heat and bring the mix to a boil.
- 2 Add the matcha powder, stir, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and honey.
- 3 Peel and slice the fruit. Put the oatmeal into a bowl, and add the kiwi, banana, and shredded coconut. Decorate with berries.
