Oatmeal bowl with kiwi and banana

Ingredients

  • 1/2 glass (80 g) of Oatsmith instant oatmeal
  • salt
  • ½ glass (100 ml) of water
  • ½ glass (100 ml) of oat milk
  • 1 tsp of matcha powder
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • ½ of a banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 tbsp of shredded coconut
  • 30 g of blueberries

Cooking instructions

  • 1 Mix oats, water, and oat milk in a saucepan. Put the saucepan on the heat and bring the mix to a boil.
  • 2 Add the matcha powder, stir, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and honey.
  • 3 Peel and slice the fruit. Put the oatmeal into a bowl, and add the kiwi, banana, and shredded coconut. Decorate with berries.
