Overnight oats with fruits
Cooking time:
10 minutes + 4-6 hours Ingredients
- 1 cup (160 g) of Oatsmith rolled oats whole grain
- ¼ tsp of cinnamon
- a pinch of salt
- 1 ¼ glass (250 ml) of plant milk
- 2 tbsp of agave syrup or honey
- ½ cup (100 g) of frozen fruit (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, or mangoes)
- For serving:
- fresh berries or fruit
Cooking instructions
- 1 Mix oats, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- 2 Add the milk and syrup to the oat flakes and stir thoroughly.
- 3 Defrost the fruit in a microwave for 45-60 seconds. Put the fruit or berries on the bottom of serving containers and pour over with the oat mix.
- 4 Put the lids over the containers and put them in the fridge for 4-6 hours. Decorate with fresh fruit or berries before serving.
