Overnight oats with fruits

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (160 g) of Oatsmith rolled oats whole grain
  • ¼ tsp of cinnamon
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 ¼ glass (250 ml) of plant milk
  • 2 tbsp of agave syrup or honey
  • ½ cup (100 g) of frozen fruit (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, or mangoes)
  • For serving:
  • fresh berries or fruit

Cooking instructions

  • 1 Mix oats, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  • 2 Add the milk and syrup to the oat flakes and stir thoroughly.
  • 3 Defrost the fruit in a microwave for 45-60 seconds. Put the fruit or berries on the bottom of serving containers and pour over with the oat mix.
  • 4 Put the lids over the containers and put them in the fridge for 4-6 hours. Decorate with fresh fruit or berries before serving.
