1 Mix the flour, oats, sugar, salt, yeast in a bowl. Mix well.
2 Heat the milk to 35-40 °С. Add the warm milk to the flour mix.
3 Whisk the eggs with spices in a different bowl and add them to the batter. Mix the batter well until its texture resembles yogurt. Add water as necessary.
4 Cover the bowl with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
5 Heat the frying pan and put oil on it. Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and fry chebabs over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on both sides until golden brown. Serve with ghee, honey, and berries.
