Oat granola

Ingredients
¼ glass (50 g) of nut oil (almond or peanut)
¼ glass (50 g) of date syrup
2 tsp of vanilla sugar
5 tsp of ground cinnamon
2 tsp of ground ginger
1 tsp of ground cardamom
½ glass (80 g) of walnuts or pecan nuts
½ glass (80 g) of almonds
1 ½ glass (240 g) of Oatsmith rolled oats whole grain
¾ glass (120 g) of shredded coconut
¼ glass (50 g) of seeds (pumpkin or sesame)
milk for serving
Cooking instructions

Heat the oven to 160 °С and put a piece of baking parchment onto the baking tray.

Mix nut oil, date syrup, and spices in a bowl and stir thoroughly until smooth.

Chop the nuts with a knife. Add oats, nuts, shredded coconut, and seeds to the oil mix. Stir thoroughly.

Put the mix on the tray, spreading it thin and evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stir when half the time passes.

Take the granola out of the oven, stir carefully, and let it cool completely on the tray.

Store the granola in a closed airtight container. Serve with milk.
