Ingredients

  • ¼ glass (50 g) of nut oil (almond or peanut)
  • ¼ glass (50 g) of date syrup
  • 2 tsp of vanilla sugar
  • 5 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp of ground ginger
  • 1 tsp of ground cardamom
  • ½ glass (80 g) of walnuts or pecan nuts
  • ½ glass (80 g) of almonds
  • 1 ½ glass (240 g) of Oatsmith rolled oats whole grain
  • ¾ glass (120 g) of shredded coconut
  • ¼ glass (50 g) of seeds (pumpkin or sesame)
  • milk for serving

Cooking instructions

  • 1 Heat the oven to 160 °С and put a piece of baking parchment onto the baking tray.
  • 2 Mix nut oil, date syrup, and spices in a bowl and stir thoroughly until smooth.
  • 3 Chop the nuts with a knife. Add oats, nuts, shredded coconut, and seeds to the oil mix. Stir thoroughly.
  • 4 Put the mix on the tray, spreading it thin and evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stir when half the time passes.
  • 5 Take the granola out of the oven, stir carefully, and let it cool completely on the tray.
  • 6 Store the granola in a closed airtight container. Serve with milk.
