Oatmeal smoothie with dates

Ingredients

  • 1/3 glass (60 g) of Oatsmith instant oatmeal
  • 3 large dates (60 g), stoned
  • 1 ½ glass (300 ml) of plant milk
  • ½ tsp of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • ice to taste

Cooking instructions

  • 1 Put the oats into the blender and crush them.
  • 2 Add the dates, plant milk, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon to the blender.
  • 3 Beat the mix for 2-3 minutes until smooth and fluffy. Pour the smoothie into a glass with ice.
