Oatmeal smoothie with dates
Ingredients
- 1/3 glass (60 g) of Oatsmith instant oatmeal
- 3 large dates (60 g), stoned
- 1 ½ glass (300 ml) of plant milk
- ½ tsp of vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp of ground cinnamon
- ice to taste
Cooking instructions
- 1 Put the oats into the blender and crush them.
- 2 Add the dates, plant milk, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon to the blender.
- 3 Beat the mix for 2-3 minutes until smooth and fluffy. Pour the smoothie into a glass with ice.
