Oatmeal with turmeric and chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 1/2 glass (80 g) of Oatsmith rolled oats whole grain
  • 1/2 glass (100 g) of unsweetened soy, oat, or almond milk
  • 1/2 glass (100 ml) of water
  • salt, ground black pepper
  • 60 g of spinach
  • 1/4 tsp of turmeric
  • 1/3 glass (50 g) of boiled chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp of tahini

Cooking instructions

  • 1 Mix oats, plant milk, and water in a saucepan. Add salt and pepper. Put the lid on and leave in the fridge for a night.
  • 2 The following morning, bring the oatmeal to a boil, reduce the heat to the minimum, add spinach, and put the lid on. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 3 Add turmeric to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • 4 Put the oatmeal on a plate, add chickpeas, and serve.
