Oatmeal with turmeric and chickpeas
Cooking time:
15 minutes + 4-6 hours Ingredients
- 1/2 glass (80 g) of Oatsmith rolled oats whole grain
- 1/2 glass (100 g) of unsweetened soy, oat, or almond milk
- 1/2 glass (100 ml) of water
- salt, ground black pepper
- 60 g of spinach
- 1/4 tsp of turmeric
- 1/3 glass (50 g) of boiled chickpeas
- 1 tbsp of tahini
Cooking instructions
- 1 Mix oats, plant milk, and water in a saucepan. Add salt and pepper. Put the lid on and leave in the fridge for a night.
- 2 The following morning, bring the oatmeal to a boil, reduce the heat to the minimum, add spinach, and put the lid on. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- 3 Add turmeric to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- 4 Put the oatmeal on a plate, add chickpeas, and serve.
