Peanut and oatmeal muffins

Ingredients

  • ¾ glass (120 g) wholemeal flour
  • ¾ glass (120 g) of Oatsmith rolled oats whole grain
  • 2 tsp of raising agent
  • 1 glass (160 g) of brown sugar
  • 2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp of ground allspice
  • ¼ tsp of ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp of ground cardamom
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • 1/3 glass (60 ml) of peanut butter
  • 1¼ glass (250 ml) of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 pear
  • ½ glass (80 g) of roasted peanuts

Cooking instructions

  • 1 Heat the oven to 190°С. Put paper linings into the muffin tin.
  • 2 Mix the flour, oats, raising agent, sugar, spices, and salt in a bowl. Mix the dry ingredients well.
  • 3 Melted peanut butter mix with milk, eggs, and vanilla and whisk.
  • 4 Add the milk mix to the dry ingredients and make a smooth batter.
  • 5 Peel and dice the pear. Chop the peanuts into large pieces. Add the pear and the peanuts to the batter and mix.
  • 6 Pour the batter into the silicone molds, filling them to 2/3. Bake the muffins for 20 minutes.
