Peanut and oatmeal muffins

Ingredients
¾ glass (120 g) wholemeal flour
¾ glass (120 g) of Oatsmith rolled oats whole grain
2 tsp of raising agent
1 glass (160 g) of brown sugar
2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of ground ginger
¼ tsp of ground allspice
¼ tsp of ground cloves
¼ tsp of ground cardamom
½ tsp of salt
1/3 glass (60 ml) of peanut butter
1¼ glass (250 ml) of milk
1 egg
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 pear
½ glass (80 g) of roasted peanuts
Cooking instructions

Heat the oven to 190°С. Put paper linings into the muffin tin.

Mix the flour, oats, raising agent, sugar, spices, and salt in a bowl. Mix the dry ingredients well.

Melted peanut butter mix with milk, eggs, and vanilla and whisk.

Add the milk mix to the dry ingredients and make a smooth batter.

Peel and dice the pear. Chop the peanuts into large pieces. Add the pear and the peanuts to the batter and mix.

Pour the batter into the silicone molds, filling them to 2/3. Bake the muffins for 20 minutes.
